  • Article 1: Applicability

    1. These are our general terms and conditions (“General Terms and Conditions”). These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website or its affillates.
    2. By placing an order you explicitly agree with the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions to the order placed by you and you declare that you are aware of the contents thereof.

  • Article 3: Agreement, Price & Payment

    1. The agreement shall be concluded when you place an order through the website and we have sent you a confirmation of your order by email.
    2. We reserves the right not to accept your order if:
      • The information entered by you is not correct or complete.
      • If we doubts the correctness of this information;
      • If you have failed to meet an earlier payment obligation;
      • If you have failed to accept the delivery of an earlier order and/or you have failed to pick up an earlier order.
      • If the delivery address indicated by you is in a country where  we do  not make deliveries.
    3. If we do not accept your order. We shall inform you as soon as possible of our refusal to accept your order.
    4. The price indicated on the website at the moment of payment is a total price of all products, including shipment expenses and taxes applicable. Be mindful that exception may occur and if so, the changes will be listed in your payment before you proceed.
    5. To pay for your order, you can choose one of the payment options offered by  us.
    6. Orders that are delivered outside the  United States fF America may be subject to additional surcharges and/or taxes. These surcharges and/or taxes are expressly not factored into the total price mentioned in paragraph 2 of this article. Additional costs, if any, on the basis of these surcharges and/or taxes shall be for your account and risk.
    7. We cannot be held to an offer on its website if you can reasonably understand that the offer, or a part thereof, contains an obvious mistake or writing error, such as an unusually low price. We request you to contact  us. if you have any doubts about the correctness of an offer.

  • Article 4: Delivery

    1. We will do our utmost to process and deliver your order as soon as possible after receipt of payment. A term of delivery indicated by  our store is indicative. The delivery dates indicated on the website  are based on circumstances known to  us at the time of the conclusion of the agreement and may be subject to changes due to external factors, such as the method of payment chosen, the manner of transport and internal availability. The delivery dates are also subject to change if you make changes to your order.
    2. You are obliged to do everything possible that may be reasonably expected of you to enable us to deliver your order on time. If you do not cooperate as described in this Article 4 paragraph 2, we reserves the right to not deliver the products.
    3. Your order will be delivered at the delivery address or pick-up point you have indicated on our website.
    4. The ownership of the products ordered will be passed to you at the time when  we received your payment for the products ordered by you.
    5. We shall  make an effort to deliver the products ordered by you complete and in good condition. In the event that the products delivered are not complete or damaged, we request you to contact us as soon as possible

  • Article 5: Faithful Reproduction & Lifetime

    1. We will do the utmost to reproduce the products as faithful as possible on its website. If you are of the opinion that the product ordered by you does not correspond with the reproduction on the website – at the time when the product is ordered – you can use your right of withdrawal. Article 6 of these General Terms and Conditions describes how you can use your right of withdrawal.
    2. The lifetime of the products offered  on our website depends on the product’s material and the way in which and the intensity with which you use the product. In order to ensure that the products will maintain their longest lifetime and highest quality, it is important to observe the instructions and washing instructions.

  • Article 6: Cooling-Off Period & Right of Withdrawal

    1. If you are not satisfied with your product(s) ordered, you can dissolve the agreement within a cooling-off period of four (4) days after receipt of the product concerned without giving reasons (right of withdrawal).
    2. The cooling-off period starts on the day after which you have received the product, or on the day that a third party designated by you (this is not the carrier) has received the product.
    3. If you want to use the right of withdrawal, you must follow the instructions which you can consult through the website www. return-order. We want to ask you to return the product or products concerned as soon as possible and to do so in any case within four (4) days after you have informed us that you want to return the products. The product or products concerned can be sent to the address for returning products mentioned in Article 2.
    4. After receipt, we will inspect the product or products in order to see whether you are eligible for a refund. Products that have been worn, washed, damaged and/or do not have the original labels, will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back.
    5. If a product is eligible for a refund, we will pay back the amount paid for the product within seven (7) days after receipt of the product concerned into the bank account number used by you.
    6. We will only pay back the amount paid for the product. If you have chosen another method of shipping (for example, UPS Saver) than the standard method of shipping, the extra costs, if any, for this different method of shipping will not be eligible for a refund.
    7. Products that we have produced especially for you or that we have adjusted at your request, will not be eligible for a refund and cannot be returned. The same applies to sealed products that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable to be returned and the sealing of which has been broken after delivery.

  • Article 8: Complaints Procedure

    1. We will do our utmost to have the order and delivery process proceed without problems. If you still have a complaint, you can contact us via our contact details as mentioned in Article 2 of the General Terms and Conditions.
    2. We aim to solve your complaint as fast as possible.

  • Article 9: Applicable Law & Competent Court

    1. These General Terms and Conditions and the agreement(s) concluded between  Make Believe Lifestyle LLC. and you are subject to USA commerce law.s The applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
    2. The competent court of Georgia State Court  has exclusive jurisdiction in the event that a dispute cannot be settled amicably.

    Article 10: Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

    1. We may, at any time, modify these General Terms and Conditions. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions will only be effective if the changed version has been published on our website. We expect you to consult the most recent version of the General Terms and Conditions when purchasing products on the website.

RETURNS POLICIES
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

    • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
    • Grooming products,  jewelry or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
    • Items must have all tags attached.
    • Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain you proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to MAKE BELIEVE LIFESTYLE.

  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

    We’re sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service. A returns label for your local returns center will be included in your parcel.

  • WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

    If you receive a faulty item, please return to us within 30 days of receipt of the faulty goods. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to returning. 

  • HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?

    As soon as we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

  • DO YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGE?

    Unfortunately we do not refund postage/shipping charges on US orders.

  • THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS

    If you’re a customer in the USA, you get 7 days to cancel your contract with us. This one week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation – just fill out this form where you’ll also find details on how to return your item(s).

    If you’re cancelling your contract with us but have already received your order, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us using the steps in the section above labelled HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? 

  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

    For our American & Canadian friends, please return unsuitable items within 7 days of receiving your order. Please return items in their original packaging. For a full breakdown on what items are eligible to return please see ‘WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?’.

  • HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM outside the USA OR CANADA?

    It is now quicker and easier to return!

    You can now use regular parcel Return to send back your unwanted items.  Even better you can use FedEx or any carrier companies. These services are fully tracked, cost effective and stress-free.
    Returning via those companies means you should get your refund within 21 business days.

     

    Alternatively, you can return your items by using post office counters. Please do not post the package without obtaining a receipt of postage and keep this safe. You’ll need it as proof of your return.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

    We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.

    You received your  garment but aren’t 100% in love? No worries, we offer returns. Here’s what you’ve gotta do:

    • Check your order history and select the order you want to return
    • Got it? Now print the order deets.

  • CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

    Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?’.
